1RT-45ADV-AWS AMAZING WAR STORIES - PULP WW2 - SUPPLEMENT
AMAZING WAR STORIES - PULP WW2 - SUPPLEMENT
for 45 Adventure Rules
Amazing War Stories is the second supplement to the .45 Adventure rules and will cover Pulp-style action set around World War II. It introduces new military archetypes to the game from the ggreenesth GIs to the veteran Super soldiers; Rocket powered troops to Nazi Zombies. It will also provide new abilities and 10 new scenarios for players to start their own two-fisted war action and about half of these scenarios will be straight war-time action, heroics and pulp excitement (without the weird stuff if players desire). But you don't need to use the archetypes for wartime scenarios either; Rocket troops rescuing a scientist, German expeditions to Tibet, and super soldiers sent to the center of the earth can all be modelled using the rules included. So grab your steel pot and M-1 and get ready for some Amazing War Stories!
Amazing War Stories: Pulp Action in WWII comes in at 112 pages and retails for $20.00.
Our two newest figures, Super Soldier Sgt. Steve Grant and Field Marshall Erich Kluge,
created to go along With Amazing War Stories are also available. They are $3.00 each and
are 28mm figures.
Contained within Amazing War Stories: Pulp Action in WWII are a number of military
accompaniments that can be used in any .45 Adventure game. Everything from Green
troops to Elite specialists; Nazi Zombies to Rocket Troops can be added to your scenarios.
This supplement is intended to represent a Hollywood or Pulp magazine vision of war,
where heroes can be shot multiple times before going down (and, even then, they usually
survive).
And not all scenarios have to be presented in a fantastic or weird setting. Jet packs,
zombies, and super soldiers are included in separate sections from the normal military
types.
Plus, all the archetypes can be used in settings prior to the outbreak of World War II. Use
the Axis soldiers and officers in early South Pacific or African adventures where they seek
to foil the deeds of your heroes. Send good and evil Rocket Troops to any part of the globe
for breath-taking adventure.
The goal of Amazing War Stories: Pulp Action in World War II is to provide opportunities
for expanded settings and new characters that can be used in countless combinations and
scenarios. In the world of .45 Adventure, possibilities are limited only by your own
imagination.

BT-FC Final Combat WW2 Rules
Final Combat WW2 Rules
Final Combat is an ultra-realistic set of 20th Century skirmish rules for role-playing and miniatures that emphasizes squad to platoon level engagements of World War Two.
One unique aspect of the rules is the 1:1 ground scale which enables small arms and artillery to perform in authentic fashion.
Because the system is predicated on Character Attributes, an extreme amount of detail can be achieved without the need for lengthy complicated rules.
Critics who lament that Final Combat must surely bog down with all that realism and detail have never seen the game in action.
Final Combat is: 158 pages in a Laminated Perfect Bound Full Color Cover
26 detailed Armored Fighting Vehicle Data Sheets

II-DHCSB WW2 Rules: Disposable Heroes and Coffin for Seven Brothers
Disposable Heroes and Coffin for Seven Brothers
Rules for WW2 Wargaming
Iron Ivan Games presents Disposable Heroes and Coffin for Seven Brothers: a complete WWII skirmish wargame system featuring both infantry and vehicles. The game is fast, easy to learn, and gives realistic tactical results without getting bogged down in record keeping or chart reading. The game is as intuitive as possible without being simplistic and will definitely reward good tactics. Fire and movement are important and easy to recreate. The main features include an initiative system, alternating unit activation, realistic weapon and cover usage, a dynamic morale system for infantry and vehicles, as well as a target acquisition system to make vehicles more realistic. Vehicles feature historically accurate armor values (with angles of deflection and thickness) and accurate gun penetration while still maintaining playability and balance. The two systems play well together in combined arms games.
Disposable Heroes and Coffin for Seven Brothers is versatile enough to play anywhere from platoon sized engagements up to full Battalion level games in 1:1 scale. A typical platoon sized game can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours, while we have completed Battalion sized games in under 4 hours! Our system is perfect for running those convention games and keeps all players actively involved throughout the game. No more bored players waiting for their turn. No steep learning curve.
The basic maneuver element is a half squad or support unit and single vehicle. You can play infantry only, mix in vehicles, or even play all armor battles in 15mm, 20mm, and 25/28mm with ease. The game minimizes counters and is chartless for infantry. Spend more time playing and less time looking things up! The only dice needed are several ten sided dice. The main rulebook includes all the rules needed to play and covers infantry, vehicles, artillery, air support, paratrooper drops, mines, smoke, and weather. Also included are two army lists (German and American late war) with historically accurate Tables of Organization & Equipment and three easy to use generic skirmish scenarios to get players started right away. The army lists provided contain easy to use unit ID cards and include a built in points system for players who wish to use historically accurate forces while playing a balanced game. Everything you need to use a unit in the game is on the ID card.
Iron Ivan Games plan on releasing army books for each of the major combatants and several theatre and campaign books. Full support as well as much more information can be found at our website which will include contact information, free “extras”, painting guides, more scenarios, special rules, and army lists as we expand. Visit us at www.ironivangames.com and see how much fun WWII wargaming can be!

LM-LSNC Look Sarge, No Charts WW2 Rules
Look Sarge, No Charts WW2 Rules
by John "Buck" Surdu, Chris Palmer, David Wood, Keith Rocco (Illustrator)
66 pp
A challenging approach to studying warfare during the Second World War. This book is the result of years of research on the Second World War. It includes information on tactics, weapons, through the use of miniatures. When you play Look Sarge No Charts, you will be challenged and excited.
Two vehicles or ten infantry on a base represent a platoon.
In LSNC, each player commands a battalion of troops; although, I think a player could control two battalions in a pinch. Each base represents a platoon, and to give the visual impression that you are maneuvering units, the rules state that you should mount 10 infantry figures or 2 thanks on a base. In this way, a platoon of tanks, doesn't look like tank. The rules were written for 12mm or 6mm figures.
This is not a "shotgun full of dice, lots of mods, but sixes hit" system. The rules are simple, but certainly not simplistic. There are subtle nuances that come out only when you play them. You will have to make the decisions that are appropriate for a battalion command. You won't be deciding which tanks should be buttoned up and which infantrymen are throwing grenades. If you want to maneuver battalions, this set of rules is worth a look, because they will challenge you without lots of table look ups, pages of modifiers (that are inappropriate at the battalion commander level), and difficult mechanics. All mechanics are consistent and clean.
