Ordering:

Mastercard and Visa are accepted via the webstore, fax, phone or mail. Money orders and cashier's checks are also accepted (No personal checks.) Orders paid by Mastercard/Visa customer credit cards will be billed as "Brigade Games and Hobby Supply."

I also accept PayPal by email or in the webstore. If you are not familiar with this free service, let me know (singing up gets you $5.00 credit - click on the link on my website). The Brigade Games Paypal ID is: sales@brigadegames.com

International Orders outside of North America:

Please note that international orders can be done in the webstore and are accepted on an order by order basis. See our shipping info for shipping rates (they may not calculate correctly in the webstore but will be adjusted as necessary.)

Ordering Process:

You may order through the webstore or by email, phone, fax or mail.

If not ordering through the webstore, review the product lists, email me what you want, I will return the total order price with shipping (and tax if in NJ). I will also let you know if any items are not in stock and when I would receive them (this depends on my reorder cycle). If everything is acceptable, you would pay by Credit Card, with Paypal or by snailmail.

Webstore Ordering Help:

Find the code you want and click add one to basket. As you order, in the upper left of the screen a pink box will update with your order information.

Once you are ready to checkout click checkout in the pink box. (If you happen to want to see the shipping cost right now, click on shipping in the pink box and there will be a few questions to answer. ) Click on "Create new account" if you want to have your info saved and you don't have to reenter it next time you order, click on "Place Order Without Account" if you don't want your info saved. If you create a new account next order you would just log in with your user name and password.

Special Orders:

While I stock most items, I do not always have every item available. If an item is out of stock (OOS), I can typically get the item in less than 2 weeks. Brigade Games is resupplied on an ongoing basis, so getting any OOS items or Special Order items is typically very quick. Special ordered items are non-returnable or refundable. There are times, that due to supplier and/or shipping related issues (such as customs delays, etc), I have no control over the actual delivery of stock. Be aware that if your order is involved in a situation such as this I am doing my best to get the situation resolved.

Return Policy:

We will always strive to make our customers happy. Products may be returned for exchange or store credit only less a 15% handling fee. Special ordered products may not be returned. All items being returned need an RMA number obtained through preauthorization. Products returned with damaged or missing contents or packaging will only be credited a small portion of the product purchase cost - this is at Brigade Games discretion. The shipping costs for all returns, except for those due to manufacturing defects, are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Environmental Policy:

Brigade Games makes every effort to recycle packing materials it uses in it's shipments. I can recall buying packing peanuts once in the beginning months of my business. I typically "recycle" these peanuts or packing bubble wrap or use plain old newspaper.Sometimes these are from the imported shipments - Australia, UK, Italy. So please don't complain as I should be earning requent flier miles for he amount of stuff I recycle. Place an order and help our recycling effort!
